This course is designed for those new to camping, those that want to learn about new ways to camp, or those that like the idea of camping but are a little apprehensive and have questions.

We will cover topics from how to select a campsite, what are the different types of tents/shelters and their uses, different styles of cooking, how to ensure potable water, leave no trace, and other entry level topics.  

At the end of the class, you should feel comfortable to go camping on your own and join us on one of our upcoming adventures.

Bring your own lawn/camp chair as chairs are limited in the store.
